My academic journey began at MidAmerica Nazarene University, where I earned a BA in Management and Human Relations. Keen to expand my knowledge, I pursued an MBA in Data Analytics from the University of Southern Indiana. My commitment to quality is further evidenced by my certifications as a Quality Auditor and Quality Technician from the American Society for Quality, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Johnson County Community College.

Professionally, my career has spanned various roles and industries. Before Kiewit Engineering, I contributed as a Document Control Specialist at a research company and honed my leadership skills as a Retail Crew Supervisor at Rainforest Cafe. At Kiewit, I initially served as an Information Management Lead before taking on my current role. My time here has been marked by significant achievements, such as being the department SME for software development, spending two years as the only non-engineer on the Research and Development team, and creating and implementing a process that saved over $250,000 and countless man-hours in its first year. My dedication to mentoring and training within my department is a testament to my belief in continuous learning and development.

My approach to work is characterized by a relentless pursuit of knowledge and a readiness to tackle complex problems. I pride myself on my ability to communicate effectively, making intricate issues understandable and actionable for stakeholders at all levels.

Outside of work, I enjoy the simple pleasures of life – going to the park with my wife and our adorable two-year-old daughter, spirited board games, losing myself in a good book, exploring the worlds of video games, and expressing my creativity through woodworking.
