3 Core Principles
 

1. “That’s how we’ve always done it” is not a reason — it’s a red flag.
Inertia is comfortable, but comfort can be costly. Every legacy process deserves scrutiny, not blind loyalty.

2. If a process can’t prove its value, it’s a candidate for change.
If the people doing the work can’t articulate why it matters, it’s time to simplify, streamline, or sunset it.

3. Change isn’t hard — unclear value is.
People don’t resist change. They resist confusion. When every stakeholder understands what’s in it for them, buy-in follows naturally.
